As the owner and operator of Full Circle Yoga my vision is to hold space for students to learn, deepen their yoga practice, and create a safe place for healing. Our studio is a space for yoga teachers as well as students to grow and expand their knowledge and have opportunities to give their knowledge to the community. Full Circle Yoga is a sangha of likeminded people that works to elevate the vibration of this community and bring positive changes to the people we encounter. Here at Full Circle Yoga we want everyone to feel empowered to make changes in their lives and become the person that they want to be. All of the teachers at our studio are passionate about sharing this ancient practice and invite all beings to come as you are and do what you can without judgement or expectations. We welcome everyone here with open arms offering love and support. We would love for you to come practice with us…

What Is Yoga?

Yoga is a practice that is literally available to anyone of any capability and at any age. It is much more than a physical practice; it is a mindful practice. Yoga allows you to remain present and internally balanced and to enjoy good health and a strong body through the principles of unified conscious breath, alignment and movement. At Full Circle Yoga, we have a class for everyone and we love to help new students discover the joys of practice. Gain more serenity, increase your strength and flexibility and so much more with a regular practice. There’s a reason why this ancient discipline has survived the test of time!
