Somatic Breathwork™ is a full embodiment experience designed to help you release stress, trauma, emotions and pent up energy from the body. It is a modality that utilizes your own breath to help shed the layers of yourself that no longer serve. Somatic breathwork is a welcome complement to counseling and other healing modalities such as yoga, acupuncture and massage therapy. Come join Nicole Martin in this powerful clearing and grounding experience. Nicole is a trained SomatIQ practitioner. Limited spots available, so sign up now!  Studio A.

Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath & Massage with Michelle & Michael

Join us for a nourishing 90 minute session of relaxation and restoration. Enjoy a gentle asana practice as you rest in specific restorative yoga postures completely supported by props. Experience passive stretching, attention to breath and awareness of sensation which supports stress reduction, enhanced mood, reduced pain, better sleep and improved well-being. Take this time to slow down, be in your body, clear the mind and connect with self. We invite you to practice receiving as Michael and Michelle offer hands on healing touch and assists, supporting the alleviation of tension, physical holding and support energetic movement. Each class will close with a long savasana accompanied by the gentle melody of the harmonium, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and/or other healing sound instruments. Practitioners of all levels are encouraged to restore! The number of participants will be limited to ensure each attendee receives focused care and individual healing.

Candlelight Restorative Yoga with Lori

Restorative yoga uses props and passive openings to allow you to feel comfortable, supported and at ease. Activating your parasympathetic nervous system to help heal and restore the body on all levels, this class is a must if you feel overworked, tired and/or emotionally depleted. Whether you are a beginner or advanced yoga student this class is really about looking deeper than the physical body. Moving our awareness into the subtle bodies and rewiring our thoughts into a meditative place of rest and relaxation.

The ambiance of candles helps to relax our senses so that we can truly immerse into the unified field of energy. A place where healing begins and stress ends. We will end the practice with a guided candle meditation. Relax into the eternal flame of your soul and follow your heart by signing up early for this class. Bhakti Weekend with Luna Ray and Katy Knowles
Join Luna Ray and Katy Knowles for an inspiring weekend based on the practices of “Bhakti Yoga” These practices include Mantra and Yoga to expand our awareness and connection to ourselves and the world around us. Bhakti literally means “Loving Devotion” . These practices strengthen our relationship to Love and personal Faith.
Friday: 6:00-9:00 Mantra and Magic
This evening workshop we begin to explore the science, psychology and history of Mantra. Mantra means to purify the mind and heart through the vibration of sound. We will weave Mantra with an accessible Bhakti asana flow to experience Somatic sensations. Soma means “The Juice of Life”. These practices give our bodies the Juice they need to thrive.
Saturday: 9:30-10:30 The Soul of Voice
Within each of us is a unique and powerful instrument called our voice. Modern science supports what the ancients knew, singing relaxes, nurtures and heals the body and soul. Our voices have the power to ignite our innermost truth and connect us more fully to our authentic selves. In this workshop we will cultivate a safe space to explore and empower our relationship to our own voice (5th chakra-Vishuddi). We will use the practice of chant and somatic experiencing to allow our voices to emerge, and understand the powerful connection that our intentions, our stories and our dreams have to our authentic, happiest self.
Saturday: 10:45-12:30 Alive Musical Yoga Practice
Weaving a heart opening yoga practice with dynamic movement, live music and Mantra to give you the capacity to feel vibrant and full of light. This practice expands the potential of the whole body to receive the knowledge of the teachings of yoga.
Sunday 1:30-3:00 Yin yoga with live music
This practice is a deep infusion of sound and silence. Through restful moments and sacred music, the body will settle and the mind will melt into stillness where healing and peace resides.

Stress to Rest with Natalie

Workshop Details

Stress can negatively affect us mentally, emotionally and physically. Stress can contribute to poor sleep, disrupted digestion, elevated blood pressure, headaches, muscle tension, anxiety and depression. The practice of Yoga Nidra can help combat the toxic effects that stress has on our well-being. Similar to that of a deep sleep, the practice promotes deep relaxation while maintaining conscious awareness. Leave feeling calm and rejuvenated.

Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers. This practice will include a guided gentle flow that will lead you into a comfortable lying position for the remainder of the class. Please bring any extra blankets or props you would like to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible. A limited number of bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc. will be available. This session is located in Studio A from 6-7:15pm on the following dates. Please register so we know how many to expect.

This class will be taught by a certified yoga instructor that is also a combat veteran. Yoga mats and a variety of yoga props to help support your body and assist you as you move and breath will be available. No experience necessary, beginners welcome. Wear something comfortable, bring water and come move and breathe with us.
